A Founder member’s honest look at why The ClickBank Profit Club felt different, and how the phased structure makes it easier to build a real affiliate business.
For those who have spent some time trying to succeed in affiliate marketing, the pattern is very likely familiar. You stumble upon a fresh concept, get a few things rolling, and dedicate yourself intensely for a couple of days or weeks. Then, inevitably, you encounter the chaotic phase. This is the point where uncertainty creeps in—you’re unsure of what truly matters, what the next step should be, or if you’re even constructing the correct framework.
This was the cycle that trapped me.
It wasn’t due to a lack of effort. Quite the contrary, I was extremely active, but my energy was dispersed. Each time I paused to assess my progress, I found myself overwhelmed with numerous open tabs, scattered notes, and several incomplete projects.
My fundamental problem was a lack of organization.
Many people point fingers at traffic as the main issue; and I did the same initially.
However, after observing my own patterns (thank you, my dear wife!), I realized the core problem wasn’t traffic at all—it was the absence of a clear, sequential approach.
While I was able to get a certain amount of traffic to my offers, landing pages and optins, I was lost when it came down to closing things. Let me tell you what goes on here.
Without knowing the proper order of tasks, you end up attempting everything simultaneously.
- Choose an offer
- Develop a funnel
- Compose emails
- Master traffic
- Implement tracking
- Generate content
- Troubleshoot tech issues
This is overwhelming, leading to either burnout or the constant urge to start over. I’ve experienced both – and my history of buying new products which promised another outcome is there to prove it.
The ClickBank Profit Club: Why it caught my attention
What initially drew me to The ClickBank Profit Club was its structured approach. Divided into phases, the program offers a straightforward solution to a common problem: uncertainty about daily tasks. Instead of overwhelming yourself with tasks you’re not yet prepared for, you simply follow the outlined sequence. This setup made the process seem manageable.
Why I became a Founder Member
I chose to join The ClickBank Profit Club as a Founder member to position myself at the forefront during its rollout, rather than playing catch-up later.
There’s also an added perk for Founder members in Phase 2. These members can promote the Founder offer and earn a 75% commission. While this wasn’t my primary motivation for joining, it certainly helps justify the time commitment, as it allows you to build your own asset and earn income if you decide to promote it.
Who might benefit from this
Based on my observations, The ClickBank Profit Club suits people who:
- Seek a clear strategy rather than disconnected tactics
- Are fed up with incomplete funnels
- Understand the importance of building an asset (a list), and maintaining follow-up rather than merely chasing clicks
- Desire a sustainable system to adhere to
If you’re in search of an instant solution, this isn’t it. It’s a methodical approach to building something lasting.

The ClickBank Profit Club: The author
Author of ClickBank Profit Club is John Thornhill, an experienced marketer and 9x ClickBank Platinum vendor. In his own words, his son Alex asked him one day why he didn’t create a specific ClickBank targeted training in spite of having so much experience on the platform. After checking up, John found out that out of his many products there is none that fits the profile, and decided to create one from scratch.

The system is arranged as a membership where trainings and materials are organized within chunks that are easy to consume, even for beginners. The whole system is targeted primarily towards traffic generation for ClickBank affiliate marketing. This is actually what caused me to check it out and I’ve decided really fast to join.
There’s simply no such thing as too much knowledge.
The ClickBank Profit Club timeline
Similarly to MAP (Master Affiliate Profits), The ClickBank Profit Club is organized in three phases.
Phase 1 is over now (as of March 7th) and was only available directly through John’s private list members.
Yes, I’m on this list. Yes, I’ve bought things from John before, and I’ve worked with him before. Which is why I learned to trust his teachings and jumped on the bus as soon as I’ve seen it.
Phase 2, which is open now, is open to the public. Still, there is only one membership level available – the VIP Level. Honestly, this is the level that brings everything John has to offer – best and most complete training modules along with special live events, plus the best commission rates for promoting it.
Phase 3, which is planned for April 14th, will be a public opening with free access to the basic training modules and commissions. And of course the optional upgrades.
Final thoughts
ClickBank is one of the largest affiliate networks out there. There are literally thousands of offers ready to be promoted, in almost every popular niche. So if you’re an affiliate marketer, you’re probably already registered and promoting something there.
If you’re a beginner, chances are it’s not exactly how you have imagined, am I right? This membership can completely turn your luck and equip you with tools and knowledge that will pave your road to success, so it’s very well recommended you join the gravy train asap.
And if you’re successful and earning thousands already, I still believe tricks from a seasoned marketer like John Thornhill are worth learning. In the end, it can mean the difference between 4- and 5- or even 6-figures for you. Take a look, I hope I meet you inside.
