What is AI as a Service all about?
AI as a service is a business model that closely resembles the well known SAAS (Software as a Service) model. It uses AI in ways that many people have to wrap their heads around yet.
Everybody is using AI these days. You can do many things with it, content creation being one of them. But the real money and future of online marketing, in my humble opinion, is not using AI for these tasks. It’s rather using AI to build tools that people find useful and gladly pay for.
You’ve probably heard about the term Software as a Service (SAAS). It’s been around for some time, and it simply means you, as a vendor, give access to your software to other people for some compensation. They can use it as their own tool then. There are many examples, autoresponders like Aweber are a perfect example. So why not use AI in the same way? This brings us to the term AI as a Service, which practically means the same thing. Basically, you have AI tools that you create or buy and then offer them to other people to use.
GPT
The tools I’m talking about are GPTs – small agents inside the ChatGPT platform that behave like small software modules and do specific tasks. For instance, you can find GPTs that will create logos for you, rewrite certain texts in a certain way, and so on. These agents are not really that hard to make, but still require a specific knowledge. And they’re the basis of the AI as a service business model.
GPT stands for Generative Pre-trained Transformer, a module that does certain operation on the data we input. They run completelly within the ChatGPT platform and can be as complicated as the creator made them, because the entire OpenAI/ChatGPT machine stands behind them.
The great thing about GPTs is that one only needs a free ChatGPT account to use them. So you only need a link, provided by the creator, and you can use the GPT immediately.
One of the first I’ve created is a quite simple GPT, called A/B Test Page Optimizer; it will let you input the URL of your landing page or your landing page copy and analyze it, following some predefined marketing rules. It will show you what you could do better and also explain why, as well as suggest the best changes to A/B test when publishing your campaign.
If you wish, you can test it by clicking the link above or HERE.

Creating GPTs
Basically, everyone can create a GPT. There are certain rules, of course, and since the ChatGPT platform is evolving daily, one should be aware of the changes in order to use everything properly. There is a learning curve, for sure, and luckily not too many people want to dive into it. I say luckily because this actually opens up a market where these GPTs can be sold to people that just want to use AI and not program it.
Actually, there is another thing you’ll need – you can only ceate GPTs with a paid account, like GPT Plus for instance, and it will cost you $20/month.
And here we are – the whole idea of AI as a Service is based exactly on that assumption.
Smart marketers don’t invent hot water
There is no shortage of courses online that will teach you how to create GPTs by yourself. They’re not all made equal, and they’re not all premium quality. Some will only give you the basics, while the more expensive ones will take you further.
Still, you’ll need an idea about the GPT’s functionality you want, and then you’ll have to test it, tweak it, customize it until it does what it promises. Of course, you’ll have to know the subject – or be really good at discovering and using information from elsewhere. Only then will you be able to sell it to anyone and utilize the AI as a Service business model properly.
This is, no doubt, a lot to swallow for most people. No matter how much you’ve played with ChatGPT or any other AI platform, you’re are probably missing the state of mind that is needed to create the logic and a usable info portfolio for the GPT to work as intended. Since there are certain costs involved for this to even work (ChatGPT account will cost you at least $20 per month), trying to do everything by trial & error could be a big waste of time and money. For people that want to leverage the newest tech but lack the expertise mentioned, there are other ways to start as fast as possible.
How about getting it all done for you, while learning the ins and outs about GPT creation?
Yes, I’m talking about PLR licensing.
As with any software in the SAAS model, you could obtain licensing to GPTs that you could claim as your own and immediately start marketing them to the hungry audience. And just like with software, you’ll find yourself questioning whether the licensed GPT was really created well, following the standards and containing the right learning information you want to build your business around.
So far, I’ve only met one membership that offers a suite of top-quality done-for-you GPTs you can call your own and sell immediately. It’s called GPT Creator Club, and I’ve talked about it already in another post HERE.

AI as a Service: Conclusion
Let me be short as possible.
With GPT Creator Club, you’ll get a finished, polished and tested GPT every month. And they will all be licensed as PLR, meaning you can actually start selling them almost immediately as your own products.
Even more, once you join the membership, you’ll get each and every GPT already created since the membership was launched – that was almost exactly a year ago (January 2025), so there are 12 GPTs already inside the download area, waiting to be promoted.
The included training will show you everything you need to do to customize them to your branding, and there is a complete training on GPT creation included as well.
All you have to do (beside the customization) is start promoting them to your audience and charge for them as much as you like.
So if you’ve ever wanted to run your own business, AI as a Service is a real business model that is very lucrative right now, and GPT Creator Club can get you on that path in a very short time, for a very affordable price. So take a look at their free presentation and decide.
